As we are all faced with times of uncertainty due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we wish to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff remain our primary concern and focus.
We would like to reassure our guests that we are still open and operating as normal as per other businesses in Ambleside, until told otherwise by the government.
We are monitoring the situation daily and taking additional precautionary measures. These include hand sanitisers, deep-cleaning procedures in all rooms, public areas and the breakfast room together with regular strict hygiene checks throughout.
We will be increasing the space between breakfast tables as best we can, and we will happily provide cutlery and crockery if you wish to eat your takeaway here at Elder Grove.
We remain vigilant in tightening our procedures in line with recommendations and guidelines from the World Health Organisation and our Government and, as always, our team will continue with their commitment to providing memorable and meaningful experiences for all of you who stay with us.
