We’re visiting the Lake District to mark a special occasion. Can you help me arrange some special treats?

Of course. We can arrange flowers, chocolates, wine and champagne to be waiting for you in your room. Please contact us for prices and more information.

Are children allowed?

Our staircases mean that Elder Grove isn’t the best environment for babies and toddlers. We do accept children over 12 years old, however we have no means of adding extra beds into rooms.

Who runs Elder Grove B&B?

Hello! We’re Matthew and Lucy Redman. Lucy grew up in Cumbria and as a couple we have always holidayed here. We left our corporate jobs in Somerset to live our dream of running a welcoming B&B in the Lake District.

When was Elder Grove built?

The building is Victorian and built in the late 1800s. We are proud that it still contains many original features.
