Booking Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required to secure your booking.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
If you have to cancel your reservation, we charge the usual 2/3rd cancellation fee if we are
unable to re-let the room(s).

Single supplements will be charged at our discretion and vary throughout the season.

A donation of £1.00 to the Lake District Tourism and Conservation partnership will be added to your bill;
this is purely an optional payment. Full details of the scheme are in your bedroom information file.

Elder Grove is a non smoking house and bookings are only accepted on this basis.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they smoke in their room; an extra charge will be made to the account.
