Terms and Conditions of Booking

~ A deposit of 1/3rd is payable on booking and full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
~ Holiday insurance is NOT included in the price - full cancellations details are avilable on The Terms and conditons page, links to insurance company's are also available.
~ On confirmation of the booking a contract is formed and the guest becomes responsible for the full payment of the rental
~ A credit card number is required as a ‘good Housekeeping’ bond and is used to offset the cost of deep cleaning & damage if required after departure
~ Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival a £25 administration fee will be retained. Un-let nights may be charged at 2/3rd of the weekly rate. See insurance details
~ Accidental damage must be reported. Faults & failure of appliances must be reported and we will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. It is too late to report a fault after your holiday.
~ Holiday’s are from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on departure day.
~ Pets are not permitted in the property
~ Assistant dogs are accepted  but by prior arrangemt only 
~ Extra guests are not permitted to stay in the property overnight, we reserve the right to ask you to leave prior to your departure date if occupancy is over 2 people
