Terms and Conditions of Booking

PRICES AND CANCELLATION
~ A deposit of 1/3rd is payable on booking and full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival, as members of Nurture Lakeland a £1.00 dontation is added to your bill this is at your discretion.
~ Holiday insurance is NOT included in the price -  links to insurance companies are available on the links page of this site.
~On Confirmation of the booking a contract is formed and the guest becomes responsible for the full payment of the rental
~ Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival a £25 administration fee will be retained. Any Un-let nights will be charged at 2/3rd of the weekly rate.
~ Payments can be made by credit card or cheque (payable to Elder Grove)
~ A credit card number is required as a ‘good housekeeping’ bond and is used to offset the cost of deep cleaning & damage if required after departure,
Accidental damage must be reported. Faults & failure of appliances must be reported and we will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. It is too late to report a fault after your holiday.

ARRIVAL
~ Holiday’s are from 2pm on day of arrival (unless maintance problems occur, when we will make the property avilable as soon as possible) until 10am on departure day.
On arrival and departure days cars can be left at Elder Grove by arrangment.

PETS
~ Pets are not permitted in the property
~ Assistant dogs are accepted  but by prior arrangemt only 

OCCUPANCY
~ Extra guests (including infants) are not permitted to stay in the property overnight, we reserve the right to ask you to leave prior to your departure date if occupancy is over 2 people 

LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

DATA
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer but not shared with other parties. We look forward to welcoming you to Stones Throw
