There are 8  Standard bedrooms in the house on the over two floors. Each room is  individually decorated and for your comfort have digitall T.V, hot drinks tray, hairdryers and tourist information folders.

All the rooms are en-suite, with bath and shower attachments, bath and hand towels and locally made 'pure lakes' hand wash, shower gel and body lotion.

The rooms available at the back of the house offer views over Loughrigg Fell and are  2 single rooms, a twin room and three double rooms. The two double rooms at the front of the house glimps the ridge of Wansfell, one of which is an ideall room for adding an extra child bed or cot to make a family room room. Dogs are accepted in one of the standard double rooms and this is by prior arrangment only. We do not have any ground floor rooms and the dining room bar and lounge are all situated on the lower ground floor (please see our access statment for further inforamtion regarding the layout of the house).
