Room 9

Situated at the top and front of the house this room has pleasant aspect, with a standard double (4'6") cast iron bed, dark wood furniture and chairs  the room has a traditional feel, with flat screen digital TV & radio, hot drinks tray, hairdryer and information folder. From the window you can see across residential housing and onto glimpse  Wansfell pike.  Into this room we can also add a cot or folding bed to accommodate 1 child, we also accept dogs in this room (restrictions apply).

Room 10

At the top and front of the house a lovely cosy double room comprising of a standard double bed (4'6") wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and two chairs, overlooking Ambleside and glimpsing Wansfell pike from the window, for guests comfort the room has a flat screen TV & radio, hot drinks tray, hairdryer and information folder.

Both the bedrooms  are en-suite with good sized bathrooms offering a bath with shower attachments and plenty of hot water, bath and hand towels and locally made 'pure lakes' hand wash, shower gel and body lotion.

We do not have any ground floor rooms and the dining room bar and lounge are all situated on the lower ground floor (please see our access statement for further information regarding the layout of the house). All the bedding is fibre filled bedding, but please do mention if you have any allergy to bedding and we will be able to help with your comfort in the room.
