At the top of the house we have 2  standard double bedrooms  each a good comfortable  size room with a 4'6" double bed, the rooms overlook the front and a glimpse of Wansfell pike  shows between the houses. Each room is  individually decorated and for your comfort have wardrobes, dressing table, chairs,  digital T.V, hot drinks tray, hairdryers and tourist information folders, the rooms are en suite with a bath and shower attachment.  In room 9 we are also able to accommodate a child in either a cot of folding bed, in this room we also accept dogs (restrictions apply).

The  2 single rooms are smaller but still offer ample space for 1 with built in wardrobes, a dressing tables and  chair along with  digital t.v. hot drinks tray and information folders, the rooms are situated on the half landings between floors at the back of the house with views over Loughrigg Fell. In room 7 we accept dogs (restrictions apply).

All the bedrooms  in the house  are en-suite with good sized bathrooms offering a bath with shower attachments and plenty of hot water, bath and hand towels and locally made 'pure lakes' hand wash, shower gel and body lotion.

We do not have any ground floor rooms and the dining room bar and lounge are all situated on the lower ground floor (please see our access statement for further information regarding the layout of the house). All the bedding is fiber filled bedding, but please do mention if you have any allergy to bedding and we will be able to help with your comfort in the room.
